How we use it

To match you with suitable helpers, run bookings and payments, keep both sides safe, and improve the service.

Who can see it

Helpers see only what they need for accepted work. Vetting documents are visible only to authorised admins through time-limited links, and every access is logged.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it.
