Why we exist
Domestic work in South Africa is often informal, poorly paid and unreliable for both sides. Our retail prices sit above informal rates on purpose. The difference funds travel support, verification, payment handling, replacement cover, reserves and day-to-day operations — while paying helpers meaningfully more than the legal floor.
Where we are
Cleaning is live in selected Gauteng zones: Sandton, Randburg, Fourways, Midrand, Roodepoort, Bedfordview, Soweto and Centurion. We add a suburb only when we have enough approved helpers to fill bookings reliably.
What comes next
Childcare and pet care follow once cleaning is consistently filling at least 85% of requests, with an average rating of 4.7 or better.
