Helpers can bring supplies for a small fee, or use yours at no extra cost. You choose what suits your home during booking — you'll see the exact price before you confirm.
Every helper passes ID verification and a background check, and we interview them in person. Only approved helpers can accept jobs, and clients rate them after every booking.
Prices are set by our rate cards and shown upfront: home cleaning from R115/hour (min 4 hours), child care from R110/hour (min 3 hours) and dog walks from R130 per 30 minutes. No hidden fees.
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge more than 4 hours before the start time and you are refunded in full. Within 4 hours of the start time, 50% of the labour amount is allocated to your helper and the rest is refunded. If your helper arrives and cannot get in, the full minimum labour amount is allocated to them, subject to admin review.
You only pay once you confirm a helper. Payments are processed securely online, and your helper is paid out after the job is completed and you're happy.
