Cancellation policy
A helper who reserves your slot turns other work away. These rules keep that fair for everyone.

More than 4 hours before the start time
Free cancellation. You are refunded in full.
Within 4 hours of the start time
50% of the labour amount is allocated to your helper. The remainder is refunded to you.
Failed access after arrival
If your helper arrives and cannot get in, the full minimum labour amount is allocated to them, subject to admin review. Add clear access notes at checkout to avoid this.
Helper cancellations
If your helper cancels, we offer the job to the next suitable helper and notify you immediately. If nobody is available, you are refunded in full.
Recurring bookings
Skip or cancel any individual visit under the same rules; cancelling the series has no penalty.
