1. Search
Enter your suburb, pick a date, start time and how many hours you need. Cleaning has a four-hour minimum. Recurring bookings unlock the lower weekly rate.
2. Compare
You'll see helpers available for your full slot, inside their own service radius and not already booked. Each card shows rating, completed jobs, experience, languages, verification badges, approximate distance and an estimated total. Choose someone yourself or let Best match decide.
3. Check out
Confirm property details, tasks, access notes and the supply checklist, then review an itemised quote: labour, add-ons, discounts and total. Payment is simulated in preview until live payment keys are configured.
4. Track
Your booking moves through Requested, Accepted, Helper en route, Arrived, In progress and Completed. A one-time arrival PIN confirms who is at your door, and both parties confirm start and completion.
5. Rate
After completion you can rate the service, add an optional tip that goes 100% to your helper, download your receipt and rebook the same person.
