1 Mutual dignity and non discrimination

Customers and helpers must treat each other with dignity. Unlawful discrimination, harassment, sexual conduct, threats, violence, retaliation, hate speech, exploitation and requests based on protected characteristics are prohibited. Legitimate service needs such as language, specialist skill or child-care experience may be specified where lawful and relevant.

2 Safety rules

  • Use platform messaging and the booking PIN. Do not share access codes beyond what is necessary.
  • Disclose hazards, animals, cameras and persons expected at the property.
  • No weapons, illegal activities, intoxication or requests for dangerous work.
  • A person in immediate danger must contact emergency services first, then platform support.
  • Preserve evidence without confronting a suspected offender or publishing allegations online.

3 Incident response

StudeeHelpers may separate parties, pause a booking, preserve logs, restrict accounts, contact emergency services or authorities where lawful, notify insurers and conduct a fair investigation. Safeguarding information is shared only as necessary. Retaliation against a good-faith reporter is prohibited.

4 Prohibited off platform conduct

Users may not use information learned through StudeeHelpers to stalk, harass, exploit, discriminate, threaten, solicit sexual services, access property without authority or contact children privately. Serious misconduct may result in immediate restriction and referral to authorities.
