1 Booking scope
The booking summary records the property type, rooms, hours, tasks, excluded tasks, access, products, equipment, helper, price and time. Work outside scope needs a recorded change order. Standard cleaning is not pest control, hazardous-waste removal, mould remediation, exterior high-access work, specialist restoration, heavy lifting or medical cleaning.
2 Client supplied items
Unless StudeeKit is selected, the customer supplies safe, labelled and suitable products and working equipment, including any required vacuum, mop and bucket. The helper may refuse unlabelled mixtures, dangerous chemicals, defective appliances or products incompatible with disclosed surfaces. The customer should disclose delicate stone, wood, coatings, antiques or manufacturer-specific requirements.
3 StudeeKit
StudeeKit contains only the consumables listed at checkout. It does not include large equipment unless expressly stated. Product substitutions must be reasonably equivalent and disclosed where allergies or surface compatibility matter.
4 Property safety and damage
The customer must identify hazards, secure animals where necessary and disclose existing damage. The helper must use reasonable care, follow labels and report damage immediately. Liability is determined by evidence and law; no clause excludes mandatory liability. Ordinary wear, inherent defects and damage caused by unsafe customer-provided products are assessed accordingly.
5 Completion
The task checklist and completion confirmation record performance but do not waive latent complaints or statutory rights. Before-and-after images require customer consent and must exclude sensitive items.
